Avenarius Liquid Floor Coating is a liquid coating used for flooring applications. It is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. The coating is applied in liquid form and then hardens to form a protective and durable surface.

Product properties:
Soden liquid plastic is a high-quality protective coating for sealing and coating concrete/screed substrates and cement fiberboards. Soden liquid plastic has very good lightfastness and is weather-resistant according to VOB Part C DIN 18.

Areas of application:
Soden liquid plastic is particularly suitable for coating basements, stairs, private storage and utility rooms, and other usable areas that are not constantly exposed to water. Outdoors, Soden liquid plastic can be used for coating terraces, balconies, and plinths. Sufficient slope must be ensured so that water can drain away and

puddles do not form. Substrate preparation:

The substrate must be clean, dry, free of grease, and load-bearing. Check the compatibility of the liquid plastic. Existing coatings must be roughened before coating.

Coating system on concrete and cement, interior & exterior

This product contains max. 40 g/l VOC

Prepare the substrate accordingly: Coat concrete and cement surfaces only after complete curing (approx. 10 weeks): Remove cement laitance.
1.Apply one coat of liquid floor plastic diluted approx. 30% with water.
2. Apply one coat of undiluted liquid floor plastic.

Apply one coat and two coats of undiluted liquid floor plastic.

Tools, cleaning:
Paintbrushes and rollers. Clean tools and equipment with water

5-71/m² (depending on substrate condition)
